See, what we have done here is attempted to prove (in a thoroughly scientific way, you’ll note) that repeating things over and over and over again does not make them true. However, when it comes to the Sony Ericsson T715, Sony Ericsson seem not to know this. Take a look at this official press release. Then count the number of times they use words like ‘elegant’ and ’sophisticated.’ Then listen to us and, as we’re sure you will, believe us when we say: this phone is about as elegant and sophisticated as, say, Katie Price. That’s not too say, plucking some random words from the ether, that this phone is dumb or slightly loose in anyway. It’s just not in any way shape or form elegant or sophisticated. The Sony Ericsson T715, in fact, is basic, chunky and thoroughly middle of the road, with absolutely nothing special, unique or even faintly interesting about it. Read this Sony Ericsson T715 review if you don’t believe us.

All this isn’t to say that this phone won’t make many people happy. It’s small, even if it is chunky. It will be very, very cheap. It has nice big buttons. And… erm… yeah, big buttons. But just don’t let anyone tell you it’s sophisticated or elegant.
